Pastor’s Sermons

Watch video presentations of Pastor Russell McKinney’s Sunday morning sermons, beginning January 5, 2020.

You can find them a couple of ways:

  1. By looking in the right hand column for the Posts Sorted by Categories, click on Pastor’s Sermons, and then by date.
  2. By scrolling on down to “Search.” Say you want to find all sermons about Jonah. Just type jonah (no caps needed) into the search box, hit the button, and that will bring up all sermons with “Jonah” in their titles.

July, 2019 Vacation Bible School

Enjoy these photos from the 2019 Roan Mountain Baptist Vacation Bible School!

The theme for this year’s Bible School was “Giddy-Up Junction.” Each night from July 8–11 we enjoyed Bible study, crafts, recreation, and meals inspired by the theme of taking God’s love to new frontiers.

Our Church is now sponsoring Pastor Russell’s weekly radio broadcast, “The Disciple’s Road.” The broadcasts are currently airing on the following stations at the following times:

  1. KLING (101.5 f.m. and 1560 a.m.) (Omaha, Nebraska): 8:30 a.m. central standard time Sunday mornings.
  2. WDZY (103.3 f.m. and 1290 a.m.) (Richmond, Virginia): 2:30 p.m. eastern standard time Sunday afternoons.
  3. WYYC (98.1 f.m. and 1250 a.m.) (York, Pennsylvania): 9:30 p.m. eastern standard Sunday nights.
  4. WELP (104.3 f.m. and 1360 a.m.) (Greenville, South Carolina): 8:00p.m. eastern standard time Thursday nights.

You can listen to the broadcast online by going to www.wilkinsradio.com,
a) hover over “Our Stations” and click on the appropriate station at the appropriate air time, and then
b) click on the station’s “LISTEN LIVE” link.
